Plumbing and electrical permits get pulled where required. We coordinate the crew, the vanity delivery, and the sub-trades so everything lands on schedule.

Demo, waterproofing, tile, plumbing, and finishes. Most bathrooms run 2–4 weeks on site depending on tile scope. Final walk-through and punch list before we leave.

- Yes. We'll install any vanity that's structurally sound. Heads up on bargain online vanities: many use MDF tops and particleboard boxes that don't handle Charleston humidity. We'll tell you during the consultation if the one you bought is going to be a problem.
